« OK guys. This is a budget hotel... but it was good. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We would have liked yogurt and more juices at breakfast, but there was plenty of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and muffins. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had for the price we paid. »

« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« Room smelt like piss. Toilet paper holder was broken, towels smelt repulsive. Floor was wet, our socks kept getting soaked. »

« The place was beautifully clean, well-decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had the entire place to ourselves, too. The bed was comfortable. The main areas were well-stocked with candies, teas, coffees, etc. I would definitely stay again! »

« Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC. I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in...

« Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit et j'avais demandé une chambre avec au 2ème étage, pas de chance, j'étais au RDC, juste devant ma voiture. La chambre était sombre. Endroit bruyant car étant sur axe routier important. Comme d'habitude clim bruyante et pas de 2ème repose bagage pour la 2ème valise du conjoint, a croire que l'on part seul avec 1 seul valise. »

« Beds were comfortable »

« Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. »
