âThe plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. â

âThe property and cabin were beautiful. The environment is amazing. I was really disappointed with the bed, though. For the cost of 250 per night, I expected a bed that did not feel like I was sleeping on a rock. Neither my husband nor I was able to sleep, which made the rest of the stay less enjoyable since we were so tired. We travel quite a bit, and this has been the worst bed we have ever slept on, even worse than going camping and sleeping on the ground.â
