« Stayed one night. Couples trip by Reasonably mobile/active seniors. Photos on site are accurate. Comfortably sized room with nice amenities in safe and quiet location. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). « 10/10 We were in town for a family friends funeral. We thought we'd minimize the hassle by renting a place instead of staying with them. When we booked the stay, we were honestly only expecting a couple bed cots, but the place had a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom with immediate hot water and a very large/comfortable bed. « Close to downtown, right on the channel, beautiful views, essentials many other home owners won’t provide to out-of-town/state renters such as sugar, paper towels, napkins… even grains, homemade jam and packets of oatmeal. Very comfortable home, quiet neighborhood with frequent passes by seals and sea otters. Loved it and would highly recommend. »
