« It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The outside wasn’t as nice because they were installing a new fence, and the yard wasn’t kept up, but we were only there in the evening and by that time the workers were almost finished. Check in was easy, communications from David were friendly and easy to understand and follow. »

« Great location convenient to all that Montrose has to offer. Cat was very quick to respond to my ask to change the air conditioning temperature (controls are locked for guests). Kitchen seemed well stocked with the essentials and bathroom was as well with the exception of toilet paper. We only had one roll for 3 days and it unfortunately ran out as we were packing up to leave with none in the cabinet or linen closet. Always leave a backup roll!! « We had a great stay. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they said they received no notification we were coming from VRBO and had to clean up after we arrived. Had the run of the place though and we're able to pick and eat many fresh peaches, apples, and pears. We loved our stay in this quaint, cute little Casita! »

« We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« Lots to like about this property: - Very clean, great view, nice & spacious. The unit has a bedroom with a king bed, and a murphy bed in the main area. The main area is very spacious & there's plenty of room to get around even when the murphy bed is down. The unit has 2 full bathrooms that are both good sized as well. There were plenty of towels and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There is an in-unit washer and dryer that made laundering our towels and suits...

"La piscine au milieu rependais une odeur de chlorés dans tout l hôtel , des enfants sans surveillance hurlaient dans la piscine jusqu a tard et pas de chance ses enfants étaient dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre ils ont sauté dans les lits criés à minuit on apellé la réception pour cesser se vacarne quelq un est venu très vite sa c est enfin calmer enfin pour un temps "
