„Pros: Efficient space in an excellent location, easy walk to the center of town and the gondola. Nice shared yard with a table and chairs. Cons: The window didn't open (was "out of order" per a note taped to it) so got pretty stuffy in the August heat. Only other challenge was that parking was sometimes unavailable on premise, though we didn't have much trouble finding spots on the street.“

„The place was very clean and had plenty of soap and dishwasher pods to keep the place nice during our stay. It was my husband and 2 kids, cooked most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen including breakfast which had a nice coffee maker and toaster. The gondola was perfect, after driving over 12 hours to get to Telluride we didn’t need our car for the next 2 days. Explored multiple hikes and the town of Telluride- completed the Bridal Veil Falls- amazing.“

Also, there is no onsite parking, so you have to pay for overnight parking at a local parking garage ($40-$50 a night).“
