« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! »

« We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. We can’t wait to come back. »

« This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! »
