„The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.“
„I was on a business trip in Port Said and the rooms are to big 92m² for me. It's like an apartment. The romms are very clean und new. Phantastic Pool and nice Pool Bar. “
„The rooms are a bit outdated even the restrooms. Our room had a horrible smell coming from the restroom it was unbearable but we stayed at the beach most of the time. Food was wonderful and resort was great overall.“
