„Stayed memorial day weekend. Place was clean and stock with all the amenities needed. Perfect size for 2. AC worked good and kept place nice and cool. Bed was not great but not to bad. Covered patio was nice and shaded with a good ceiling fan and right by the water which allowed us to fish in comfort. It was a great weekend getaway,Well worth the price. We will be back again.“

„Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows.“

„Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside.“

„Attended a wedding event in a nearby town, this home was great for us to relax and unwind between gatherings. Everything was clean and all things were as described in the listing. Would strongly look into renting this house again down the road.“

„The house was very nice, and matched the pictures well. It looked to have been remodeled recently. It had the largest island in the kitchen that I have ever seen! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were new and high quality, even the paper products were top spec. There’s a grocery store just a few miles away, and Winnsboro is a nice town to spend some time in.“
