« Rooms, lobby, and fitness center were clean. Coffee, which was served all day, was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. »

« Rooms were clean, thoughtfully stocked with kitchen supplies. It was a nice touch by the hotel to provide bottled waters. It’s located in a convenient location with lots of food options. It’s mostly quiet but there is a train track next to it so expect some noise »

« The hotel was decent for the price. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Rooms could use some updating. Our sink was missing a stopper and one of the beds had some small stains on the sheets. »

« They no longer have a pool. This place is genuinely.quiet and a great night sleep ! However there was an issue with one guest 2 doors down from mine . He was banging on doors and windows. I had to call the office 3 times before they did anything. Manager never on site we have asked numerous times times to speak with a Manager but always told she isnt here »

« This hotel was great. The staff was super welcoming, flexible and friendly. We have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express for the last several years now, each time that we travel, because the quality and service are always top-notch. The whole hotel was very new, the room was exceptional and they allowed me to use their conference room without any hesitation when I asked for them to open it for me. « Beautiful hotel and room. Loved the balcony with the lake view. Great restaurant on main floor. Air conditioner was not functioning well but otherwise amazing stay! »

« The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told the cleaners and sprayed a like air spray on the fabrics, well that helped for 2 minutes. Rude front desk when checking in and there were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. My daughter and her husband were saying in another room and the person below them was smoking pot and the smell came up through the vent. The breakfast was not stocked and very little to choose from. »
