Located on a quiet residential street, Love Shack offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the water. A residents-only neighborhood park just nearby has a boat ramp, making it convenient to launch for a day of boating or fishing.



Comfortable island living

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together beneath exposed-beam ceilings. Plenty of windows bring in the Florida sunshine, while the living room provides a comfortable place to settle in after a day on the water or exploring the islands.



The dining table seats four, and a separate desk provides a handy spot for remote work, checking email or planning your next Keys adventure.

Everything you need for a longer stay



The kitchen is equipped for an extended stay with a full-size refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of cabinet and counter space.



A stackable washer and dryer are also provided, making longer stays more convenient. High-speed internet keeps you connected for work or streaming.

There is no dishwasher.



Two queen bedrooms

Both bedrooms feature queen beds, making Love Shack a comfortable choice for a couple who wants extra space, two couples traveling together or guests who need a separate bedroom and workspace during a longer stay.

Summerland Key

Summerland Key offers the quieter, more relaxed side of the Lower Keys, with boating, fishing, kayaking and other outdoor adventures close at hand. Big Pine Key is just a short drive away for groceries, restaurants and everyday essentials, while Key West is within easy reach when you’re ready for an evening downtown.



It’s a comfortable location for settling in and enjoying the Keys at your own pace.



Good to Know

This home requires a minimum 28-day stay in accordance with Monroe County regulations.

The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. The renter must be at least 25 years old.

Maximum overnight occupancy is four guests. All overnight guests must be registered with the property manager.

Applicable state and county taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.

Electric usage is included up to $250 per month and water/sewer usage up to $150 per month. Any usage above these allowances will be billed to the guest.
