„Great stay“

„This was a great “home away from home” for the week. Our family enjoyed playing foosball and other board games provided. We also had a great time in the yard and accessing a playground right across the street. There were a couple of items we found difficult finding but the host is quick to communicate and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again! “

„Very comfortable home! Our family loved the large living room and couches. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio in the cooler morning and evenings. The beds were also very comfortable.“

„Clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the backyard pool.“

„Beautiful and clean home with a very responsive Host.No usable private outdoor space (the small backyard is completely empty and bare). However, the home is very spacious inside and is essentially across the street from the community pool (with splash pad), playground, and shared outdoor space. This community area was great for kids.Kitchen, laundry room, and bedrooms were well supplied and had everything we needed for a long stay.Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend ...

„Loved the big, deep pool. Good location to visit some local attractions along with shopping and dining. Two master suites a plus too! Stayed with parents, grandma and two boys, 11 and 14. Enjoyed by all.“

„Anthony was a great host!!!!! Easy check in, nice/clean property, quite neighborhood. There was an issue with the garage door, so I contacted him and his response time was quick, he had a repair guy come out after we left the property and then by the time we returned later that day the garage door issue was fixed. I certainly recommend him as a host and his property if your looking for an over 55 community in this area. Thank you again Anthony!“

„Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.“

„All the light switches were marked. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is nice. Our group would recommend this property. Just 2 things to be aware of: the pool is not heated and the garage is not available to guests. We figured the pool wouldn’t be heated and we aren’t real swimmers, but that might be disappointing to families with kids. As for the garage, we are golfers, so we had to haul our clubs back and forth each day to put them inside.“

„It was a great location for us and it had nice amenities and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful. It just took way too long to check in as I entered my credit card and put my husband‘s name down on the reservation so then had to go through the whole process again with lots of back and forth to straighten out. they did grant us a ...

„We stayed here for Spring Training and it was a great location, spacious, and accommodated our dogs, for which we were grateful! “

„The pictures on this are deceiving. The yard is very overgrown and needs to be manicured badly. Could be pretty if so and nice to have shade. The sprinklers would randomly come on when we would be outside taking our dogs to the restroom and it got quite muddy each time. The outdoor furniture is very dirty. The inside of the home is decent, but has very dark lighting in most rooms and shows some age. Very little supplies were included for things like dishwasher, toilet paper, etc. We were very ...

„Celebrated our mother's 90 th birthday wirh several family members that came out to Arizona...The house was a perfect location and size to enjoy this special moment.“

„This property was over and beyond our expectations. Clean and we'll appointed. The kitchen had pretty much everything anyone might need. The pool was crystal clear and a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Grandsons loved the pool. The host, Tiffany was easy to communicate with and available if you had questions. We will definitely stay here again as our daughter and her husband have transferred to Luke AFB which is only a short drive. Looking forward ...

„Erica went over and above to make sure all of our needs were met. She even made sure a new basketball was delivered before we got there so we could shoot some baskets! Highly recommend! What a wonderful host. “

„Everything was great - from check in to check out. The house was very spacious and love that each bedroom had a King size bed, although they may need upgraded soon.“

„The host was easy to communicate with check-in and out details. The house was perfectly staged, clean, and exactly as described in the picture. Definitely will recommend to any friends and family planning to come to PHX.“
