Such a waste
It's sad to see such place go to waste. The refurbishment was nice but all else was not. We arrived to see old mattresses and rubbish at our doorstep. There is no phone in the room, for room service, you'll have to call using your own phone. The food arrived in a disposable plastic container. No towels in the room, we had to call for it. No hot water, we complained twice, they said they sent maintenance to check, still the same. Only on 3rd day, we were changed into another room. The key card was a problem, we couldn't get into the room. The breakfast area had a lot of flies in an air conditioned space. The a/c was leaking beside the table that I was dining at. No staff seemed to bother about the leak. Someone could've slip and fall.

The noise level is terrible. We can hear kids shouting in the m8ddle of night. Every night is the same for our duration of stay. Your no smoking policy is not enforce at all. Smells people smoking at corridor. Very very disappointing stay. Will not recommend to others to stay.

Fantastic!!!
Booked a normal room and then the receptionist upgraded us to RM500++ room called "Rajawali suite"..WOW!! The room was very3 large with balcony..Its suitable for 5 of us..:)

It was quite a good stay. Something different which, the hotel rooms was not in same building with lobby and restaurant. If you have some issue with your room or request something, do not expect you can get them to respond at the earliest as they will take some times to reach you. Good breakfast they have variety of food. Staff are friendly and thanks for the welcome drinks. Not really convenient if you do not have transport. On my 1st day stay, no WiFi at all 3 times call receptionist but no update, on the 2nd day stay only have WiFi but on and off.

Rooms are nice and clean however very run down. Taps fall off. water leaking. Overall the physical maintanence of the rooms are poor. I must compliment the staff. All very very friendly and very accomodative. My big thank you to them

The rooms are not in the same building as the lobby does, but the hotel has cars to drive the guests to their rooms. I found several bug while I walked in the room, one big bug on the wall and two cockroaches crawling on the floor. The hotel does not have adapter for the guests and I cannot charge my laptop and phones since there is not european standard outlet on the wall. The car drivers are nice and one driver lent his adapter to me so that I can charge my phone. The location for breakfast is right beside the golf course and the view is great, although the choices of the breakfast is limited.

Homestay for Raya
A quick raya getaway. Instead of using homestay, we decided to take something that is more comfortable. Price, location, the unit itself is worth the money spend.

nightmare!!
We have a very bad experience with Cinta Sayang Resort. We check-in in the evening around 6pm and check-out on the same day. The room condition was poorly maintained, some highlights are as follows: 1. cockroaches, 2. spider web, 3. yellowish front bed frame 4. yellowish sofa seats 5. water in yellow (too long nobody use. After 5mins switching on, it turned to clean water) 7. bathtub has dark grey stains 8. rusty of some toilet equipment 9. Air conditional not working well We took some of the photo. We can provide to you if required. Hope that we can help us to lodge this case and really hope that can claim back the accommodation fee. It costs us for nothing. Of course, hope that this input helps for your recommendation to future customers.
