Welcome to Unit 24 at K.I.G Heights, a modern, open-plan apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. Located on Level 5 with convenient lift access, this secure coastal unit offers clean, beach-themed decorations and contemporary furniture. Imagine watching ships glide by and, in winter, spotting whales directly from your private balcony.



Living Area: Equipped with a TV and a fun pool table, perfect for evening entertainment. Pedestal fans are supplied for your comfort (please note there is no air conditioning).

Kitchen: A fully equipped U-shaped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, featuring:

Bedrooms: Unit 24 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Unit 24 apartment. Additionally, guests can enjoy the complex's shared amenities:



Complex Swimming Pool: A refreshing swimming pool, ideal for a dip after a day at the beach.

Shared Rooftop: Head up to the shared rooftop (stairs required for access) where you'll find 360° panoramic views over Caloundra—perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets. Camping chairs are provided for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:



Parking: A single lock-up garage is provided with a height clearance of 1.9m.

Key Collection: After-hours key collection is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen Policy:

For bookings newly created after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels. Alternatively, linen hire can be arranged for an additional fee.

Laundry: There is a shared clothesline downstairs; please note there is no dryer available.

The property is professionally managed. While the host will not be present during your stay, we are available remotely to assist with any questions or concerns you may have via phone or message.
