The property is positioned on a quiet residential street and has a swimming pool and outdoor setting, surrounded by fully fenced tropical gardens. Inside the property the layout celebrates an integrated open plan living/dining/kitchen area at one end, with sleeping quarters located at the other end.

It is only a short drive to the beach and Coolum`s shops, cafes and restaurants. The property`s central location can also be used as a base to explore the greater Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Perfect for your next family holiday or some quality time with friends.

All linen is professionally laundered and supplied, however please bring your own towels for the pool and beach during your stay. Should you require beach towels, a Sunshine Coast Hamper, Sunshine Coast Blooms, or other stay enhancements, they can be acquired through our guest portal.

Please note that this is a home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum.

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.

We do not provide Firewood or fire-starting equipment for the fireplace. This can be sourced locally from supermarkets and service stations in Coolum Beach and surrounds.

* Strictly no Smoking.
* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
