This fantastic apartment has an integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space which opens onto the rear patio with outdoor dining and BBQ. Set in the Sebel Twin Waters grounds it provides access to all the Sebel and Novatel resort facilities (with a day pass).

* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
