« This was the perfect location for a girls weekend to see a show at Red Rocks, see some mountains and check out down town Denver! Location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood with parking and outdoor space available. The unit was super clean and adorably decorated. Communication was great and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had! »

« Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The...
