„This property was clean, had supplies we needed, and plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would change is the location. Cars drove by very loudly on the busy street next to the house, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. Other than that, we have no complaints. Thank you for the great stay! “

„My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! “

„Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) So as we were coming and going we felt uncomfortable that something we did would cause them to complain. The AC isn’t great upstairs so we were very warm at ...

„This is such an adorable apartment! It was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter, myself and our dog. We felt safe and enjoyed the historic neighborhood and close proximity to the park. Cheesman Park it's such a lovely place to exercise, relax or stop at the cafe. Everything about our stay was lovely!“

„The house was a really cool place, we had plenty of space to spread out and appreciated the amount of bathrooms! Only complaint was that it got hot at night and the fans that were in the closets didn’t work. Also, we did not have any coffee filters for the coffee pot so make sure to get your own! “

„Everything was wonderful, only minor flaw was missing parking pass. Turned out was not a big problem as we were gone most of daytime hours. Would definitely use again. Within walking distance of majority of Denver places we like to go to as well as daughter's home..“
