Annual family trip with our 3 adult children their significant others and 1 granddaughter. The house was a great central location for us to explore the Denver area that our middle daughter just moved to 2 weeks ago. Jill was incredibly communicative and the house fit all of our needs.

Super house for a larger group. 4 BRs, plenty of room. Lots to do and close to many restaurants and bars.No issues!! Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. We would book again if in the area.

This was an incredible trip. The owner was easily accessible and communicative. She answered all of our questions and made the stay feel like a true vacation. I would absolutely recommend this house!! Also, the neighborhood was so nice and quiet, the house itself was gorgeous and so fun to stay in, and the hot tub was lovely!

We gathered as extended family for a celebration of life for our loved one. After the ceremony we invited all back to the house to continue visiting - great space for all to gather! Spacious living room, kitchen, inviting outdoor space, hot tub, basement rec room for the kids! Enough room for those visiting and those staying. Amenities were great! Cooked some meals and relaxed. Also great location to do some sightseeing and short trips! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

We arrived at 3:10 to check in, cleaners were still there. They were friendly and told us to enjoy our stay…we walked into dirty dishes in the sink and not so clean bathrooms. Two days into our trip we tried using the dishwasher, it wasn’t working well. Before we had a chance to notify Jill, she reached out to ask if we’d be around for a repairman. He arrived and told us they knew it was broken when we had arrived and it wasn’t set to be fixed for 2 weeks, but the part came in earlier than expected. This was not expressed to us prior to checking in. Few days later we tried using the washing machine. Firstly it had moldy towels left in it and then it leaked water everywhere. We reached out to Jill and she stated she would “notify the team” and get back to us. She did not get back to us. So, those of us who packed light were not able to wash clothes. Unfortunate that we paid for cleaning service and amenities that were NOT available to us. And not once were we offered any sort of refund to make things right. Hopefully they have learned from our experience. If all things had been rectified, it was a nice location with plenty of space.

This house was amazing! Definitely a good fit for me & my family! We celebrated a birthday and was close to everywhere we wanted to go!! Everyone settled in and slept comfortably and the hot tub was a very big plus! Would definitely go again!

Overall our family found this place to have a nice set up. We were able to be together but spread out in the house. Found the washer and dryer to be very convenient in the house. Good size kitchen to prep food and dine. Wish the outdoor grill would have been working properly. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Great place to park vehicles. Biggest complaint was how broken down the mattresses were on the beds. Definitely made for horrible sleeping. Otherwise a nice VRBO and great service with the owners!

We took our entire family to Denver for a concert and picked this place! What a great find. There was plenty of room for our entire family. We were surprised to find laundry baskets for our dirty clothes, a baby playpen and a stroller! My phone wouldn’t load the property detail and I messaged Jill and responded quickly to help us get access to the house! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful! If we ever need a place this size again, we will definitely try and book again!

This property is exactly as listed and actually, even better in person. I travelled to Denver with three colleagues for a leadership conference and chose this location due to having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The place was absolutely perfect for us and was literally 3 blocks from our conference location and everything else you can think of, including restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The place was super clean and comfortable and allowed the four of us to have our privacy but to also have time together while eating dinner in. The weather was not so conducive to being outside but had it been, the backyard and patio definitely would have been great to use. We did not use the game room but had it been a different type of trip, this room would have a great place to hang out and enjoy. The owners were very communicative, not that we had any issues, but they checked in with me to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and were incredibly impressed all around by this house and the attentiveness of the hosts. It was the cleanest home I have ever rented and perfect in every way. The hosts thought of everything in regard to stocking the home and everything was so clean and comfortable! Check in was easy and the couple questions we had were very quickly answered through email. We loved the hot tub and were very impressed by the cleanliness of that as well. 5 min to Olde Town and 20 to downtown Denver by car. We would, without question, stay here again next time we are in town!! Really can't say enough positive things.

4 sisters and our spouses met in Arvada to explore the Denver area. Garden of the Gods is a must see! 6 of us stayed in this home and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Plenty of parking; hot tub for the guys; 2 big screen TVs. We enjoyed the Arvada area and can't wait to go back.
