« This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Jim was so kind and provided so many extras that made our stay so easy! He was by far the best host which made the whole experience top notch. We just had to bring our personal stuff. It was nice to be able to use the house wagon, chairs, beach toys and so on. The house was super clean which is very impressive for a beach house! So many little things were thought of, like hooks in the shower for a wet swim suit or the bag of ice in the freezer...

« Perfect stay for 2. We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach access, clean space, it’s a smaller room but decorated nicely with some great amenities like a coffee maker & pods, sugar and cream. We also enjoyed the swing on the screened in porch. They even had a few treats for our small dog Lola who enjoyed them. Very thoughtful and accommodating. « Place was great! Just enough for our family. Perfectly located walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. It was clean and inviting. One thing that was missing was the “fully equipped kitchen”. The listing stated this and it wasn’t at all. Dishes and cooking utensils were it. Not fully stocked, not even a sponge or dish soap. Other than that it was great! »

« Great location, only a few steps from the beach. Perfect size for a family with two kids. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The bathrooms are updated and having the extra half bathroom is great if someone is showering in the full bathroom. It's only one floor up for easy loading/unloading, but still has an ocean view. Our child loved the bunkbed and we were comfy in the king bed. We'll be back! »

« Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband...
