« The valet receptionist on the morning shift on Jan 14 was very unprofessional. She purposely delayed the car handover to me even though all I needed was to take my personal stuff out. I missed my very important work meeting call because of that. I had to request many times and after showing frustration few times she finally let me go get my stuff from the car in the parking. Same experience happened during the laundry time, no one knew what to do and how to get those laundry machine figured out....

« The place was comfortable and basic. It’s in a safe area and very convenient. There is no dishwasher and very basic amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. Overall it’s a good safe unit for reasonable price. »
