« As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

« The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out...

« Horrible stay nothing as described. Total nastiness and property manager should be ashamed. Broken locks, molded smell in lobby, chairs broken, couch had a whole and blood stain. Nasty nasty and then had a hidden registration fee. Clogged bathroom sink and tub. Don’t even bother to shower. »

« Super smooth. Clean and well appointed room. Everything needed for a great vacation was present. I will rent from here again next time i am going to sunny isles beach. Thank you. »

« Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here. »

« Place is nice, its big and the view is amazing!! You can litteraly watch the city come to life from the balcony. The bathroom needs a remodeling asap and the drive up for parking is a bit of a bummer but all in all very nice and clean spot. 2nd time staying in the building and would deff book this one again. »

« This rental was a last minute reservation and both Expedia and the property management were very professional. The communication was great and the property was exactly how it was presented. Very convenient location with great amenities. The only negative comment I have is the parking situation. There is a garage but it’s pay by phone and you could end up paying 45/ day. Luckily there was a discount with the reservation. Otherwise it was great! »
