Good communication, price, and beautiful lake views. New appliances and an updated, large kitchen with a huge island, which is a nice feature. Overall, though, the place could use some work. The upgrades are “landlord special” style. The couches are not comfortable or spacious, and the house lacks a dining table so the only option is the island and doesn’t work well even for two couples. The place is also completely tiled (on the older side w some cracks) with no rugs anywhere, which makes the space seem cold. Good enough if you need an affordable spot near Mountain Creek for the night, but not super comfortable for longer stays.
