« The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again! »

« The house was perfect for three (3) couples. Plenty of room for all throughout the house. Conveniently located to the downtown Sunapee area. « To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing.
