« What a welcoming feeling walking into The Cranes Nest; after the climb upstairs all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and marvel at the views- SO worth it! The location is perfect- we walked everywhere. Something to consider is that the closest “real” grocery store is about a 20 minute drive; plan ahead! I think my favorite part of the stay was all the different birds we spotted from the balcony- thanks for the binoculars; I didn’t have to fight with my husband over the pair we brought! »

« My husband and I felt the accommodations were comfortable and the surroundings peaceful. We enjoyed viewing all of the birds flying around the inlet which was visible from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had sufficient towels and linens. There are places to eat like Steamers and the Island Hotel & Restaurant within walking distance.
