Hotels mit Wellnessbereich Suwon

„It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved.“

„The area was not nice surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself seemed liked a motel. The rooms were clean but hot. I had to ask for help to fix the ac unit. They helped begrudgingly.“

„Saubere & große Zimmer, sehr nette Personal“
