„Stayed at Church Walk Farm for the weekend of my wedding with my family and it was fantastic. My mum and dad loved it as it suited their needs. My brother and his young family really enjoyed the games room/living room and the brilliant location of being next to the park. „Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Barn , it was spacious and clean and the location was perfect for the purpose of our trip , to visit family in the area. Its location on the lake and nearby Hicks cycle centre make it a great base for outdoor activities too. My son really enjoyed fishing and would have made more use of the lake if the weather had not been so wet !“

„The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. Even had a lovely wood fire whilst watching the stars. Recommend highly for a relaxing weekend break. Will be going back forSure. Thank you“

The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road.
