„The property was pretty clean, I was able to sweep up a decent amount that was missed but this is a pet friendly home so understandable. Only big complaint was the keurig didn’t work and the sliders were super difficult to shut from the outside (no not because they hadn’t been used, they are older and didn’t have a good handle on the outside. Otherwise pretty good!“

„We had a lovely stay at Brad and Imogen’s place in Swansboro! The AC kept the house comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch and spending time in both beautifully arranged living rooms. The space is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—clearly created with care and attention to detail. This was our second time staying at one of their properties, and once again, we were so impressed. Highly recommend!“

„Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.“

„It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. “
