Spacious house in a great location with the added bonus of the games room, which enterained our 3 grandchildren (6, 10 and 12) when not at the beach. Super comfortable beds and lovely bedrooms - and four very well appointed bathrooms, all with great showers and oodles of hot water.The dining room houses an immense dvd library, and the kitchen was perfect for catering for our party of 9. We did feel the cleaning could have been improved - some rather dusty furniture and corners, but overall delighted with our decision to stay at the property. We had rather assumed that the downstairs bedroom was a double, but in fact it was the single, so my husband had to manage the stairs, which we'd hoped to avoid. But we should probably have checked before booking.The driveway took our 3 cars, although exiting onto the busy lane was sometimes a bit hair-raising!
