« Good communication with the host about getting the internet sorted. Thank you. The kitchen is basic.The home is big and the bedrooms are good. We stayed during the heat wave and the house was so hot. We couldn’t keep the windows open because they could be accessed from the outside easily. The house is on a main road opposite a pub and the houses immediately beside it were partying hard all night. We Didn’t get much sleep. »

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."

"Les chambres sont très agréables et spacieuses. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, cuisinés avec de très bons produits. Le point noir c'est la situation de l’hôtel qui se trouve proche d'une autoroute urbaine ce qui mériterait des huisseries isolantes d'un point de vue phonique ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement."
