« Absolutely loved this last minute holiday to Tiara Beach. Food great... Most of staff friendly Room lovely and cleaned well. Only thing was no where near enough sunbeds in peak season..other than that fantastic hotel.. definitely recommend and return »
« Bon hotel pour sa categorie mais le personnel a la Reception est tres peu aimable et tres peu comprehensif pour les personnes ne parlant pas Bulgare. Je n ai pu obtenir aucune information valable sur les bus, taxis, sorties dans les villes proches. Ont encore des progres a faire pour accueillir des clients francais. Pas de boutique pour un depannage quelconque a l hotel par exemple. Nourriture (buffet) correcte mais ambiance musicale beaucoup trop forte dans le restaurant. Avons ete obliges de...
« Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

« Singurul minus care ii dau hotelului a fost apa rece din piscina . ( niste panouri solare pentru incalzirea apei ar fi bine venit ). In rest un hotel foarte bun. Curatenie , mancare foarte buna ( la orice ora gaseai ceva de mancat daca vreoiai ) , bauturi locale si nu numai , personal amabil ( la masa intradevar iti luau imediat farfuria din fata ce terminai de mancat , dar daca refuzai ti-l lasau ). Am vazut oameni care ieseau cu mancare din restaurant la piscina si nu li s-a atras atentia desi...
