„Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.“

„Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded ...

„The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. „Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. “

"Empfang sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Rezeption hat 5 Sterne verdient. Room Service arbeitet nicht hygienisch. In 4 Tagen/3 Nächte nicht gestaubsaugt. Gebrauchte Gläser im Bad mit Lappen ausgewischt. Kopfkissen auf Fußboden geschmissen und danach wieder aufs Bett für die nächste Nacht. Rezeption hat nach Reklamation neue Kopfkissen besorgt. Restaurant/The Alice: sehr gutes Essen, aber Getränke völlig überteuert. Rechnung automatisch mit „Servicegebühr“ auch wenn der Service nicht gut war. Frühstücksbuffet mit 25£ zu teuer.
