« First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. « Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »

« Room was very clean with well appointed bathroom and comfortable bed. The very low chair was not usable for me. I was surprised that breakfast was not available during the week, only weekends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for short stays. »
