„Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. „My son and I used this as headquarters to visit some historic sites and relax before long travel home to US. It was a tight space but fully equipped and adequate for everything we needed. Nice hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating.“

„We had another lovely stay at the Lower Mill estate. Kids enjoyed the watersports, bike rentals, swimming and tennis and the independence of having it all within easy access. The cottage was a good space for the 2 families - 2 mums, 4 kids with a well stocked kitchen. It was a little dusty as nobody had stayed for awhile, which did also mean a lot of quite large spiders. Probably inevitable as you are so near the water but they were some of the biggest I have ever seen or had to deal with!“

„Beautiful new build farm [complex] we stayed in the English Barn very quiet when we stayed for three nights. Excellent finish to the property and well appointed. Small issues are several things need instructions [microwave, coffee machine, windows blinds, heating], privacy curtains not private enough particulary with so many other lets around, people walked by and kept looking in. the sky light window in the upstairs on suite needs a good clean. None of the above really affected our stay but ...

„Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. “

"Empfang sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Rezeption hat 5 Sterne verdient. Room Service arbeitet nicht hygienisch. In 4 Tagen/3 Nächte nicht gestaubsaugt. Gebrauchte Gläser im Bad mit Lappen ausgewischt. Kopfkissen auf Fußboden geschmissen und danach wieder aufs Bett für die nächste Nacht. Rezeption hat nach Reklamation neue Kopfkissen besorgt. Restaurant/The Alice: sehr gutes Essen, aber Getränke völlig überteuert. Rechnung automatisch mit „Servicegebühr“ auch wenn der Service nicht gut war. Frühstücksbuffet mit 25£ zu teuer. Wenig Angebot, schlecht aufgefüllt. Hotel: Top (außer Room Service) , The Alice: Flop"
