The home uses a hot water storage tank rather than a continuous (instantaneous) hot water system. This means there is a set amount of hot water stored in the tank at any one time. Once the hot water in the tank has been used, the system needs time to heat a new supply of water before more hot water becomes available.

For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.
