Great location . Amazing view. A few things needed maintenance (blinds/ plumbing - no working wifi), could have been cleaner and pitwster Rd noise at night was a distraction. The place wasn't expensive for a unit with such relaxing ocean views and proximity to beach and town, so weren't surprised that there were a few things not perfect I'd stay there again .

The entire apartment is so run down and dodgy. The cook top doesn’t work. There are no shelves in the filthy oven. The showers are so filthy, and there are no frypans to cook anything and Hartley any utensils. There are rusting handles in the kitchen, the WiFi doesn’t reach through out the apartment. The bed in the second bedroom was broken. It was terrible. The complex is very run down. My 10 year old cut his foot in the pool on a broken tile or random piece of glass - that turn got infected. There were no car parks available. It was overall a very dodgy horrible place.

It was absolutely filthy! Stains on the blinds, walls n foor covered with black marks. The kitchen was unhygienic and had dirt stains everywhere. Looks very different to photos. We were shocked and disappointed

DO NOT STAY HERE! The “hotel” was in a state of utter disrepair and absolutely filthy! The room itself, (supposedly) a penthouse was disgusting. From the filthy walls, to the missing artwork, appliances, holes in the wall, balcony doors not opening because of rust and damage and completely outdated and broken furniture. I was charged (not amount held) a $1000 bond for our 1 night stay as we were told “we’ve had massive issues with parties and damage lately” I am 28 weeks pregnant and we had 1 night away from our 2 year old son, the first we’ve had since he was born - hardly the partying type!! When we spoke to the woman at reception the excuse we were given was “the owner is planning on renting all apartments out permanently so isn’t going to fix or repair anything for people who stay here for 1 or 2 nights” We were finally offered to see another room but was told it needed to be cleaned first. We were then told she would call us when the new room was ready which never happened. We were then told she was going to speak with the “Manager” which also never happened. When we went to check out at 8:45am (we couldn’t wait to leave!) there was no one at reception, no lights on and no directions for check out. After 2 calls to the hotel number we spoke with the same “receptionist” who said it was her day off, she didn’t have time to deal with us or our complaint today and to leave our keys through a slot in the door.... I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!

The service was good & receptionist was so lovely & helpful. The room was not in the best up keep. Needs a bit of fixing up. Bed was a bit springy & uncomfortable.

We stayed in the penthouse from the the first weekend of winter. What a beautiful stay, beautiful location, great apartment few little things need to be fixed but overall a beautiful place. Will be back! Unfortunately as we checked out on suday morning the young lady at the reception was extremely rude and couldn’t even look up at us or smile, she took our cards and looked away. Very disappointing.

Close to beach + transport

Great stay. Super close to beach and bust stop, B1 express bus to city. Cool bar, The Collaroy, directly across the road. Supermarket and a few local restaurants.

The apartment was a lovely, it was furnished nicely and plenty big enough. It had everything you needed ie; laundry, kitchen, etc. Close to shops and some restaurants which was handy. It did have damage to some walls etc and we couldn't get the TV remote to work. Unfortunately it was to late to call someone to help. Parking was a big issue especially having to carry luggage for 4 people so far from the room. It was on street parking only if you got lucky to find a spot. Being on a main road it was quite noisy even with the doors shut.

There was broken glass all over the kitchen floor and in the master walk in robe which one of my children stepped on. The shower tap was not attached to one of the hoses in the master en-suite and there where large hair balls in the shower.
