The Neighborhood:

Rose Bay is one of Sydney's most elegant and peaceful harbourside suburbs, just 6-8 km from the CBD with easy access to public transport and the ferry terminal. You will be staying on a quiet, tree lined street of beautiful art deco apartments - one of the prettiest pockets in the area. It's safe, friendly and genuinely walkable. Bondi Beach is only an 8 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Rose Bay ferry is a five minute walk and there is a bus stop within meters of the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
