The balcony off the living room is perfect for morning coffee or sundowners and the north-easterly aspect provides lots of light throughout the day.

The bedrooms are equally well-decorated and comfortable and each have their own air conditioning. The master, with Queen bed, boasts its own balcony with views across the rooftops of Bondi, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both have built-in wardrobes and are fitted out with quality linen.
