- Please be aware that the property is accessed by stairs only. There is no lift, and access involves two flights of stairs (16 steps in total).

- You're a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in Sydney. We recommend North Bondi Fish for some fresh seasonal bites or Madame Chu for some exciting southeast Asian flavour.
- If you're travelling to Bondi, you'll doubtless be ready to surf. Head to Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte for the best waves.
- Nearby you can find great golfing at The North Bondi Golf Club.
- Check out the Beach Road Hotel or Pavillion for some delicious drinks and hip evening vibes.
