The entrance was severely disappointing. The elevator sounded like it was on its last legs. As we entered the room I was then further upset at how small the room was. A nice enough room but very small. We had one towel each for five nights. The shower had mold in the corners. The vanity door was dirty. The bathroom is extremely pokey. The towel rail hangs over the toilet paper holder so towels drap over toilet paper. The toilet seat does not fit the bowl properly. There were no dish clothes to wash dishes or wipe down bench. The washing machine and drier are down the hall and shared with the floor. Its $3 per load each machine and they only take coins. There is no on-site parking so goodluck getting a park if you arrive late. The hallways tend to smell of smoke. Aside from that, the place kinda grew on us.
Bed and pillows were comfy! We had a small balcony to dry clothes outside but the aircon makes a puddle of water on the floor. Theres a pool on the rooftop. Our fob key didn't work but we knocked on the door and someone let us outside. Its actually gorgeous up there. Such a contrast to the rest of the building. Great for sunrise and sunset. There's an amazing restaurant downstairs. Super yummy Lebanese food.
Metro woolies across the road. Close to Bondi Junction.
