Nice hotel. The vibe is kind of luxurious and pretty chill overall. The decoration is awesome and I am always looking forward to have a nice bathroom and I was not disappointed that time. The bathrooms are amazingly clean and very well furnished. It is very well located and it is super convenient to be there to have a nice dinner out or to plan an activity outside. Iâve been told that the rooftop pool was heated which wasnât the case when I went for a swim. Also I was entitled a bottle of wine and they didnât notice that so I had to ask for it at the front desk. But thatâs no worries at all as the apologised and still gave me a bottle of wine when I asked for it.
I booked one night with my girlfriend for have a little break. It was so good, the pool on a rooftop was so amazing, the room was very clean, and the bathroom very nice.
And with our reservation we had one bottle of wine for free in a room.
I recommend a lot this hotel!
Good location but thatâs the only positive about this hotel. Dirty tables and surface, dirty cups and spoons, no fan in the bathroom. Carpet stained in many places and dirty. Room service failed to change bed sheets or take any used cups, no cleaning whatsoever of any surfaces. Requested clean cups from reception, waited over half an hour only to call back and request the same thing as they still didnât send anyone to bring it up. The long bed separated in the middle and was uncomfortable as the set up was terrible (2 single bed bases and mattress that kept moving). Far from a 4 star hotel and the worst one Iâve been to!!
My room was on the second floor, it was so close to the building next door, I cannot even open the curtain. The bathroom fan was noisy and does not work properly, the bathroom has weird smell.
Convenient. Walkable to restaurants, museums, ferries, train, Darling Harbour and only 20-30 min walk to The Rocks and Opera House. Nicely furnished with all the amenities :rooftop bar, pool, gym, restaurant.
Boutique hotel located near darling harbour and short walk to museum train station. We walked everywhere - ferries, circular quay, Sydney opera house, the rocks, but it is a little far for most people. Itâs slightly outside the main tourist area, but safe neighborhood, lots of places to eat including the restaurant on site which is good. Rooms are European sizing but quite nicely updated and clean. The rooftop bar is only open Wed - sun so we missed this ammenity and it rained so we didnât make it onto the patio.
We had a fantastic stay at the Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour! The hotel features a modern and stylish interior design that made us feel comfortable and right at home. Our room was spacious enough to easily accommodate our two large suitcases, which we really appreciated.
The bathroom was also a highlight â the rain shower had great water pressure and added a touch of luxury to our daily routine. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop bar â a great place to relax with a drink while enjoying the views. The pool, while a bit small and narrow, was perfect for our needs and a nice bonus for a city hotel.
The location is excellent â most attractions are within walking distance, and there are tram stations nearby for everything else. Darling Harbour and Darling Square, with a wide range of restaurants and bars, are just around the corner.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Staff friendly, wont able to accommodate all requests, pool area was great but is much smaller than it looks. Close to darling harbour not direct views. Door slamming was quite frequent but nothing hotel can do unless change doors. Good size bedroom, shower only in bathroom. Furniture in wardrobe looked little dated in my room. Bed comfortable. Happy hours were good.
From start to finish, i could not fault anything.
The location is great, central to everything & easy to get around.
Staff were super friendly, efficient & helpful and the rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, well appointed and felt homely - and the shower was great!
The rooftop bar was great (although very quite on a Wednesday night) with a goood selection of drinks & some tasty bar food.
Highly recommended & will likely be staying here again when next in Sydney on business.
It was a fine stay. I was disappointed with the food options and timings for mealtimes.
We had a room with automatic door which did not close on its own, so often left open when the housekeeping left, though a manager did try to resolve this by giving us a drinks voucher though that was very limited to happy hour choices. I would not stay again.
