Es gab ein kostenfreies upgrade für ein größeres Appartement, allerdings war die Ausstattung des Küchenbereiches unfreundlich gestaltet. WLAN funktionierte nicht.

Best Ortigia option, clean and large, great staff
At the entrance in Ortigia, next of main street, behind Cannella shop, but very quiet location! Very large room with comfy bed, sofa & working table, basic equipped kitchen, well cleaned. Francesco waited for us and give us a warm wellcome. La Pigna restaurant was very tasty & fresh, as well! Don't touch mirror right side button: we stopped the water heater :) it should be blocked ;)

Très bien
Hotel en plein coeur de la vieille ville, tout se fait à pied. Environ 20 à pied de la gare. Les principaux restaurants et bars se trouvent à quelques mètres de l'hotel. Francisco et très sympa, serviable et répond aux questions si besoin. C'est au centre ville, donc forcement un peu bruyant, mais surtout la journée, la nuit c'est plus calme!

Komfortowy apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Korzystaliśmy z apartamentu 2-pokojowego, dobrze wyposażonego, komfortowego, bardzo czystego. Położony jest w doskonałej lokalizacji na wyspie Ortyga i wszystkie zabytkowe obiekty oraz promenada, dostępne były w zaledwie kilka minut. Budynek wyposażony jest w windę. Lokal posiadał klimatyzację i składał się z pokoju z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni i dużej łazienki. Wyposażony w 2 telewizory, płytę indukcyjną, naczynia oraz inne kuchenne utensylia. Brak było czajnika elektrycznego oraz żelazka ( na szczęście mieliśmy oba urządzenia własne, turystyczne) i deski do prasowania, natomiast była rozkładana suszarka na np. mokre ręczniki. Bardzo praktycznie zastosowano w dwóch miejscach dodatkowe gniazdka euro, w pozostałych były w systemie włoskim. Łóżko duże, wygodne. Zewnętrzne żaluzje dobrze chroniły od nadmiaru słońca. Codziennie sprzątano. Na korytarzu umieszczono pojemniki na recyklingi. Obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Właściwie jedynym minusem był hałas dochodzący z ulicy.

L’accueil est très chaleureux. Le propriétaire s’est déplacé à 22h30 pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée et nous proposer des activités à faire le lendemain. Il nous a gardé les sacs le jour du départ afin que nous puissions profiter de notre journée et est revenue à l’heure convenue pour nous permettre de les récupérer. La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle, le wifi fonctionnait très bien. En revanche, la chambre donnait sur une rue extrêmement bruyante, nous n’avions pas prévu de boules quies, nous n’avons pas dormi. Idéal pour une nuit.

2 nights in winter worked very well for us. The room was in an annex, and had everything we needed, including an efficient space heater. Singin and out were quick, and the staff welcoming and knowledgeable.

Brilliant location just as you enter Ortigia only a few meters away from Temple of Apollo and within walking distance of markets,cafes, restaurants and attractions. The host Francesco is very welcoming and provided all the information we needed. We booked the economy apartment which was perfect for our three day stay, spotlessly clean, spacious and had a small kitchen area. The apartment is a restricted vehicle area but paid parking available at Parcheggio Talete or there is free parking area around Riva Della Posta that Franceso directed us to. Thanks Francesco for a great stay

Perfect location. Sweet little home away from home
This was our 1st time to Siracusa/Ortigia and this place is a great home base. The apartment is simple and the location is the best! Our host Francesco was great! He had tons of info for us upon check in. Local bus routes/stops; how get to local historicsl sites. He provided restaurant suggestions and even told us about a boat trip around the island. The apartmet has small fridge, 2 burner cook top, seperate bedroom, little bakcony off kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Apartment has 2 seperate AC units, one in bedroom the other in front room. Evertthing was clean and in order. It was great to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in, and explore the many wonderful restaurants for dinner! If you are looking for a reasonable price apartment, in a great location, that is clean and comfortable, this is it.

Prisvärt med bra läge
Utmärkt boende med bra läge på Ortygia i Syrakusa. Stora och bekväma rum med lugnt läge på en innergård. Trevlig personal och bra service. För priset så var det helt enkelt fantastiskt bra! (Då jag använde rummet som hotellrum så provade jag dock inte hur det tillhörande köket fungerade.)

Espacio grande y ubicación buena peroooo literalmente no se puede dormir muchísimo ruido de la calle toda la noche y al amanecer todo el tiempo. La cabecera de la cama así como el sillón cubiertos de manera deprimente, la ropa de cama igual muy vieja. La persiana no se puede abrir. El refrigerador oxidado. En tres noches no cambian toallas solo si pagas 5 euros. El jabón y papel de baño está súper racionalizado. En fin terrible!!! El muchacho de color que hace la limpieza muy amable eso si!

I was made very welcomed by the owner, the room i had was great. This B&B is close to all the main bars and restaurants, but was quiet at night in order to have a good nights sleep. Highly recommended.

Good location
Décor very boring. Beige on beige but good place to stay as it was clean and I'm not there for the hotel. The location is truly excellent with the small pedestrian lanes right there for a lovely historic look and open in the front to the markets and main areas.
