Poor customer service, bad exchange rate, hot room
The hotel room is clean and decent size and the bathroom and room are modern. The hotel is located down the street from the town center where there are food and shopping options. There is parking available onsite. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a positive experience. If your room is on the 4th floor, you have a small half window. This means that you have little sunlight and no view. Our a/c unit was broken - we informed the staff and the hotel was fully booked so there was no room to move to. We kept the window open all night and the room thermometer read 80 degrees F. It was very hot and uncomfortable. When I asked for a discount to make up for the inconvenience, they offered me $5 USD off the hotel price. However, they used a very poor exchange rate so even with the $5 discount, I paid a little more at the hotel for my room than what I was quoted on Hotels.com. The staff could not have been less helpful and cared less about the overly hot hotel room we had to sleep in. Otherwise, if the a/c was working, it would have been fine and we would not have needed to interact with the hotel staff.

Very nice
Modern recently equipped hotel over 4 floors. Good variety for breakfast. Just a few very minor things, low soap in shower and sticky bathroom door. Room not serviced during stay.

Riktigt bra hotell
Parkerade på gatan utanför och man betalar med mynt i automat. Riktigt bra hotell. Fina rum och trevlig personal. Mycket fin frukost. Jag var på genomresa så åt i hotellets restaurang. Mycket god mat även om det inte är billigt. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt.
