"1800 Ataco est un endroit magnifique, idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre, respirer et rĂ©ellement se ressourcer. L’environnement est paisible et invite au calme, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. Quelques amĂ©liorations pourraient toutefois rendre l’expĂ©rience encore meilleure : ‱ Le personnel pourrait bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’une meilleure connaissance des activitĂ©s offertes dans la rĂ©gion. Leur manque d’information nous a surpris et a rendu la planification un peu plus difficile. ‱ L’air climatisĂ© de notre chambre Ă©tait vieux et trĂšs bruyant; un remplacement serait souhaitable pour assurer un meilleur confort. ‱ La toilette ne se vidait pas correctement. Nous avons informĂ© le personnel lors de notre dĂ©part, mais nous avons eu l’impression que la situation n’a pas Ă©tĂ© prise au sĂ©rieux."
