« Très positif. La ville de Takayama est une petite ville très agréable, bien préservée. Les restaurants sont cependant assez moyens. La viande locale est réputée, mais les modes de cuisson sont décevants. Privilégier les petits restaurants sans prétention : ils manquent d'allure, mais préparent une suisine authentique à des prix très modestes. »

« Ryokan fabuleux, une remontée dans le temps, un personnel attachant, un service impeccable. Futon confortable, onsen. Excellente cuisine japonaise savoureuse et raffinée que ce soit le soir ou le matin. Un grand merci aux personnes d’un âge respectable officiant dans cet établissement. Ce fut une belle découverte et un séjour de 3 jours surprenant. »
