The Holly- Tiny House w/ Hot Tub & Mountain Views

Summary:

Enjoy incredible views of the Smoky Mountains from this brand new tiny house, called the Holly. Sitting on 22 acres with all the comforts of home. Complete kitchen with large fridge, oven and stove top, microwave. Master bedroom has an incline bed so you can enjoy the views. Other bedroom is a loft with a queen bed. Two decks, one off the master and one off the living room with a six seating dining table. Large TV with fast Internet. Inflatable hot tub. Fire pit. Grill with propane. Heat and AC.



The Space:

This sits on 22 wooded acres. There is a community lake available with lake access. There are three other tiny houses and a large cabin available for families and larger parties.



Guest Access:

There is a digital lock box to the left of the door.



The Neighborhood:

The community is called Top Of The World. There is a lovely lake with access.



Other Things to Note:

This is one of the most biodiverse places on earth. You are likely to see wildlife. Including bears. While we take great care in cleaning, there may be a few bugs around.
