Uns wurde trotz eines vor mehr als einem halben gebuchten Doppelzimmer ein Ein-Bett-Zimmer zugewiesen. Erst nach hartnäckiger Reklamation erhielten wir ein schönes Doppelbett-Zimmer. Obwohl ansonsten das Hotel sehr schön gestaltet ist und wir gut geschlafen haben, würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Kein Vergleich zur Freundlichkeit und dem herzlichen Empfang im 3 Sisters.

Tolles Hotel. Sehr zentral. Nettes Personal. Exquisite Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück. Aber: Handtücher und Toilettenpapier werden jeden Tag komplett ausgetauscht. Aberwitzig bei der Toilettenrolle, wenn nur 3 Blätter verbraucht wurden, wird die ganze Rolle weggeschmissen. Ebenso bei den Handtüchern. Obwohl unbenutzt wurden am Tag alle Handtücher ausgetauscht. So viel zum Thema "ökologischer Fußabdruck".

However, if the guest wants to change the towels, you can simply leave it on the floor. If the opposite – just keep towels on the rail. This information is mentioned in all of the room’s bathrooms. Zentral gelegenes Hotel in historischen Gebäude
Gutes Hotel in einem interessanten, historischen Gebäude. Sehr zentral gelegen; man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tallinn zu Fuss schnell erreichen. Es ist alles liebevoll gestaltet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind baubedingt alle unterschiedlich und z.T. sehr dunkel. Man muss diesen Stil mögen. Das Frühstück-Büffet ist i.O., aber nicht berauschend. Es wird leider an Personal gespart, sodass die Bedienung das ganze nur unbefriedigend erledigen kann. Auch wenn alles sauber und gut ist und einen gewissen Charm hat, entspricht es keineswegs einem 5* Hotel und schon gar nicht einem Leading Hotel of the World. Der Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf der Welt in dieser Klasse kann nicht standhalten; es entspricht höchstens 3* Komfort.

Zauberhaftes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Ruhig und gemütlich, komfortabel und kuschelig kann man hier wohnen. Jedes Zimmer scheint anders zu sein hinter den dicken Mauern dieses alten Hauses.

Wir wurden gleich bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Wir erhielten die grossartige Mitteilung, dass uns ein kostenloses Upgrade vom Deluxe-Garden-Room zur Suite offeriert würde. Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit, die private Sauna zu buchen, dies haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Suite ist geräumig, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, zwei Fernseher (ca. 20 Sender, davon ca. 5 deutschsprachig) und grossem Badezimmer. Die Lage im 3. Stock erlaubte uns regelmässige Fitness-Einheiten, da das Hotel aus dem 13. Jahrhundert über keinen Lift verfügt. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Personal ist grossartig, jedes Mal, wenn man die Lobby betritt, springen alle von ihren Stühlen. Der Barkeeper sorgte jederzeit für unser Wohl und versorgte uns mit Insider-Informationen zu Tallinn. Das Hotel liegt einen Katzensprung vom Rathausplatz. Wir waren die ganzen Tage praktisch nur zu Fuss unterwegs. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet eine kleine Auswahl, was in einem kleinen Hotel aber durchaus seine Berechtigung hat, dafür werden wohl kaum Esswaren weggeworfen. Es besteht neben dem kalten Buffet die Möglichkeit, aus der warmen Karte zu bestellen, teilweise mit Aufpreis. Die Pancakes sind grossartig. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, zudem wird am Abend das Zimmer für die Nacht vorbereitet. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Zentrale Lage ohne Marktlärm
Was erwartet man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel? Der Empfang war sehr angenehm, Karmen an der Rezeption ist mehr als freundlich, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn Karmen vor Ort ist, ist alles kein Problem. Zimmer wie erwartet sauber, Frühstück ausreichend und sehr gut. Einziges Manko in den 6 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes: Freitag und Samstag fanden im Hotel Hochzeiten statt, (wir würden leider im Vorraus nicht informiert) bei welchem den Lärmpegel uns bis weit nach Mitternacht nicht schlafen lies. Samstag wollten wir die vom Managment bei Anreise angebotene Flasche Wein beim Abendessen in Anspruch nehmen, dies ging nicht, da das Restaurant des Hotels am Samstag! eschlossen hatte. (Privatfeier) Die Hotelgäste hatten das Nachsehen. Trotzdem Empfehlen wir das Hotel, die Lage, Ausstattung und Service, besonders Karmen entsprachen unseren Erwartungen.

Das Hotel sprach uns mit seinem mittelalterlichen Charme und stilvollem jedoch zeitgemäßen Komfort sehr an. Die zentrale Altstadtlage war ein bedeutender Pluspunkt. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück neben dem prassenlnden Kaminfeuer lud zu längerem Verweilen ein.

Hervorragendes, stilvolles Hotel in der Altstadt
Das Hotel Schlössle zählt zu Recht zu den "Leading Hotels of the World". Es befindet sich in einem historisch bedeutenden Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Dank der zentralen Lage erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der großartigen Tallinner Altstadt zu Fuß - dennoch ist es ruhig. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, unser Zimmer war sehr groß; man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Noch ein wichtiger Tip: Falls Sie mit dem Flugzeug ankommen und direkt vom Flughafen ins Hotel fahren möchten, empfiehlt es sich, den vom Hotel angebotenen Transfer in einer Limousine zu buchen (bei uns 23 Euro pro Strecke und Wagen), denn am Flughafen können sich lange Wartezeiten auf öffentliche Taxis ergeben!

Das Hotel entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Tolles Frühstück, gute Speise- und Weinkarte. W-Lan im ganzen Hotel verfügbar. Netter Innenhof für sonniges Wetter. Service ausgezeichnet. Ca. 250 m bis zum Rathausplatz. Vom Hotel ist die Innenstadt perfekt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Da das Preisniveau in Tallinn generell sehr hoch ist, ist auch der Hotelpreis durchaus der Leistung angepaßt.

das Hotel Schloessle in Tallinn
Sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt von Tallinn aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitengasse( ca. 200m zum Rathausplatz) Sauberkeit und Service waren ausgezeichnet. Die Bewirtung im Garten leider etwas langsam ( vielleicht lag dies aber an der Hitze) das Frühstücksbuffett war nicht dem Rest des Hotels würdig und Mangel an frischem Obst durch die Ausgezeichneten Fachkräfte im Hotel und die Lage vergisst man jedoch sehr schnell dieses Frühstück Das Hotel Schloessle kann ich empfehlen und werde auch selber nochmals dorthin reisen karlo

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und bis auf das Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstücksbufett ist aufgeteilt in zwei Bereiche: Warme Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und sind sehr lecker. Das Bufett an sich ist mäßig: vom Lachs ist es der Anschnitt, keine anderen Fischgerichte, Butter nur auf Nachfrage, Brot mäßig gut (Sonntags gab es Knäckebrot in Mangel eines anderen Brotes), Yoghurt schlechte Qualität (mit anderen Worten einem 5-Sterne-Haus nicht gerecht) Das Abendrestaurant (selbe Küche) ist hingegen sehr gut. Mit ausgesucht guten Brotsorten (auch am Sonntag!) und fantastischen Fischgerichten (warm und kalt). Der außerordentlich freundliche Service ist ein Teil, der dieses Hotel empfehlenswert macht.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cosy. They have a sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend!

This property is right in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town which means it is super convenient. The room I had was well maintained, very spacious and cosy. The restaurant on site was exceptional. Breakfast was great but the a la carte dinner menu was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Best Tallinn Can Offer
Having travelled to Tallinn numerous times during the last 30 year, I must admit that this was the best hotel experience there ever. Apart from the Medieval buildings, perfectly refurbished and kept up to date, the staff in the restaurant, in the reception and the housekeeping is unique. No less.

Old-World Luxury in the Heart of Old Town Tallinn!
From first stepping into the lobby, it is impossible not to be charmed by the Schlössle's old-world elegance -- the exposed beams, the crackling fire, etc. The staff were incredibly accommodating and outgoing, and the one issue with our room (the safe wasn't functioning) was fixed within minutes. The room itself was lush and comfortable, very well-appointed, and overlooked the beautiful streets of Old Town. There were no USB ports for charging our devices, but the front desk had plenty of adapters we could use for no additional fee. Location was within the boundaries of old town, but not so central that we were awakened by folks coming out of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with many options, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. Silent and very comfortable. Nice decorations. Room was very tidy and bed was huge. Sauna was great and cozy. Breakfast very good, wanted to eat more but couldn't. Everything was delicious. You can also order more warm portions and those were included in breakfast.

This property was quintessential old-world luxury. Room was clean, charming and had turndown service - a treat rarely offered nowadays. The breakfast was superb as was our dinner in the restaurant. Everyone we encoutered was friendly and accommodating. And the lcoation can't be beat. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time.
