„We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way.“

„東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！“

„とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。“

The accommodations are on the first floor of a two-story home - four rooms (including Japanese tatami room with futons in closet, two bedrooms , and a dining kitchen) plus a large bathroom with deep bath and washing machine. „The residence was in a quiet and serene neighborhood of Kokubunji, just a short 15 minute walk to urban areas full of food, activities and train stations. „My wife and i have three kids so it can be difficult to find a place to stay. This place was perfect. There was lots of space, great shower, very clean, a good washing machine, comfortable beds and a very nice location. The parking was also very nice. The manging staff was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.“
