« Neighborhood did not meet expectations. Unit was recently “flipped” but not quit completed. No outlets in bathroom, no mirrors in the bedroom, very limited dishes and towels are worn. Left us with a “college dorm room” experience with regards to the amenities. »

« The apartment is comfortable, clean , and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It is located in a lovely part of Fort Lauderdale, close to Las Olas Boulevard with all its main attractions nearby. »

« This place needs some TLC. Photos do not show current state of Duplex along with shower had hair in floor, no paper towels, TV did not work, furniture damaged, back patio was not a place you would want to relax. it was overgrown and not well kept. »

« We had an excellent vacation thanks to Gabby and Mario, the property owners. This studio apartment is conveniently located and it was immaculate. We were very happy with everything. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker, so Gabby went out and bought us a French press along with a bag of coffee. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place. »

« Tout est à rénover! On nous a attribué une première chambre! Terrible, mobilier très abîmé, coffre-fort posé par terre. On a demandé une autre chambre, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas donc très bruyant sans parler de la porte avec un jour de 3 cm en dessous, prise de courant qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et j'en passe. Par contre la chambre était délabrée mais propre, bref je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds là. À éviter! »

« There's a motion light outside bedroom window that flicks on and off constantly. Room needs.darkening curtains or light needs to be less reactive to the tree in the back yard. The furniture was different than photo, not as nice. Nice neighborhood. »

« Disappointing. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property, which is in great need of maintenance and repairs with some hazards. The shades in the photos are pulled for a reason. Lack of care and cleanliness both inside and out. I was there for work and distracted by the hours spent vacating the property for cleaning, repairs, shopping for basics stated were included, but missing, and communicating with the host and VRBO. Positives were the location and quiet neighborhood. »
