„Wunderschönes Hotel, das eben schon älter ist - daher kann man auch mal einiges an Äußerlichkeiten verzeihen. Sehr professionelles, um das Kundewohl bemühtes Personal. Die Massage ist nicht billig, aber unglaublich hervorragend. Das Essen ist nicht teuer und besser als in der Stadt. Für Marrakesch kann auf zu einem fairen Preis ein Führer gebucht werden, was sehr empfehlenswert ist. Das Hotel hat nur 20 Zimmer, man ist also sehr ungestört. Einziger Nachteil - Internet hat man nur in der Lobby, ...

„When we first arrieved there was no room for us. We had to wait for more than 2 hours and always needet to ask the staff what was going on. In the end we had to spend the first night in an other riad close by. There is no reception and it is not well organized. If you want to have dinner in the hotel you have to order it 2 hours in advance and so that they can order it from another place.
