PRIVATE POOL, SPA AND BEAUTIFUL WATERFRONT SETTING

The pool area was completely renovated with new pavers and includes a new Jacuzzi and sun-bathing lounger, creating a beautiful outdoor space for enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The backyard is west-facing, providing stunning sunset views throughout the year.

Spend the afternoon swimming in the pool, relax in the spa, enjoy the sun-bathing lounger, or gather around the grill for an outdoor meal.

The spa is heated and complimentary for guests. A local control panel is provided so guests can conveniently turn it on and off and enjoy it according to their preference.

The extended patio and deck area provide plenty of space to relax, dine outdoors, enjoy the waterfront views, and watch the sunset.

WATERFRONT ADVENTURES

The canal behind the home is one of the special features of this property.

Fish right from your private dock, relax by the water, or take one of the complimentary kayaks out on the canal and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The west-facing backyard is a wonderful place to watch the sunset from the water, and you may even spot dolphins or manatees playing in the canal.

If you have a small boat, you are welcome to dock it in the canal in the backyard. Please contact the owner regarding dock availability and maximum vessel length.

PRIVATE BEACH

The property also offers a small private beach area where you can relax by the water and enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.

Whether you want to spend the day on the water or simply sit back and enjoy the view, there are plenty of ways to experience the outdoors without leaving the property.

A COMFORTABLE HOME FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, along with a living room, dining area, and separate family room.

The spacious layout provides room for everyone to spend time together while also having comfortable areas to relax.

A travel crib and playpen are also available for families traveling with young children.

For entertainment, large Smart TVs are available in the living room, family room, and two of the bedrooms.

And for something a little different, there is even a piano in the front hallway. Guests who enjoy playing are welcome to sit down and play during their stay.
