The property is located in a sketchy area. However, I never felt unsafe even when walking my dog. I was a little disappointed that there were no gates at the driveway of the fenced in yard so that I could let my dog run free, which is a big reason why I booked this house to begin with. I ended up staying 47 days, and that's a pretty good amount of time, whereas there was no dresser available to put clothing in, it was a little bit cumbersome to have to pile everything on the only dusk that was in the main bedroom.I did end up buying a few things that I needed for my stay. And I did leave them with the homeowner so that the next people after me will have it a little bit more easy.Although I do like the security of the cameras that were on the property, I always got the feeling that I was being watched and the few friends that I had come over while I was there gave the impression of being intruded upon.In the reviews that I read from previous visitors to this location. They only sli mentioned something about ducks. But what I came to find out was that there are approximately 20 wild ducks that roam the neighborhood and come up-and-down the driveway, leaving their excrement for unsuspecting visitors to step in, which is quite undesirable, I think more emphasis needs to be put out to the people that are staying any length of time, not to feed the ducks at all. The communication with Marir was awesome and she did try and accommodate my dog.
